Being well trained is a head start into the future

Hengstler trainees make better progress

Training has always been considered to be especially important at Hengstler. On the one hand, it ensures we secure a steady flow of well-trained young staff and, on the other, we realise it is a social commitment to provide young people with good, solid knowledge to give them a head start in their professional careers. Every year, about ten trainees are taken on by Hengstler where they spend time in many different departments in the course of their training and are accompanied by mentors.

We find that our trainees often achieve good final marks and after the conclusion of their training, we can offer challenging full-time positions with good promotional prospects.

We also train young people on university degree courses that are coupled with vocational training. In this context, we can usually offer:

  • IT with economics.
