As a highly versatile integrated preset counter, Type 497 with ATEX can be used as either an adding counter with permanently visible presets or as a subtracting counter. The unit is available with a 3 or 5-digit display and has an easy-to-use pushbutton reset. Additionally a pneumatic reset can be used and event there are models with an automatic reset function. The setting system makes Type 497 particularly user-friendly.
The ATEX version of pneumatic preset counter 497 is certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres where there is a risk of gas or dust explosion, zones 1 and 21 as well as for Mining (category M2).
