Hengstler at SPS/IPC/DRIVES November 27th-29th in Nuremberg

Visit us at the SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg from 27th - 29th November 2018. Due to the high demand, Hengstler will present, besides the broad encoder portfolio, this year extracts from its range of counters and relays on the SPS IPC Drives. The ATEX-certified counters and the expansion of the H-480 safety relay, which in addition to the tried-and-tested 6-contact variant will also be available in the future as a 4-contact version, will be a major focus. The new single cable solution SCS open Link solution and the ACURO AC58 PROFINET encoder are also a high focus of the trade fair presentation at Hengstler.

The new servo motor feedback interface SCS open link is explained in detail in a showcase. SCS open link developed by Hengstler GmbH, based on ACURO®link, is an open standard protocol for encoder and sensor applications. In a community, manufacturers of sensors are working together on the further development of the protocol. SCS open link, in addition to a strong focus on functional safety, provides the user with impressive possibilities for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance and forms the basis for innovative industrial 4.0 solutions.

At the encoder product table, Hengstler shows the ACURO AC58 with PROFINET interface. The encoder combines the high industrial standard of the ACURO product family with the advantages of the new encoder profile version 4.2. The ACURO AC58 PROFINET is compact with a length of only 50 mm, can be used in a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and has a high EMC compatibility.

Dynapar (USA), affiliate company of Hengstler, will present another innovation at the Hengstler booth. Dynapar is introducing its new OnSite™ online condition monitoring system, which provides predictive maintenance for a single engine at an affordable price. OnSite™ is easy to use and can be scaled to any application.

We look forward to your visit at our booth, Hall 4A Booth 525.
