This gives us the flexibility to implement application oriented solutions without development effort.
Here are three examples:
1. Connection system (cable lengths and connectors)
Cable lengths up to 20m in 10cm increments and longer lengths up to 300m in 1m increments are available out of our standard modular order code . This applies to cable as part of the product as well as an accessory.
Since Hengstler has its own cable assembly, a variety of pin assignments, as well as connector types are available without delay.

You need for your analog application a measuring range of 61° or 72° in which the 4 to 20mA or 0 to 10 V can be reached? The rotation angle shall measure more than one turn, e.g. 380° or 101 turns?
This is available for order and can be manufactured. In case, your desired measuring range is not stated in our catalogue, no problem! Due to the flexible layout of our analog encoders we can manufacture what you desire.
3. Shaft ( shaft diameter and form)
In the metric system using countries usually 6mm or 10mm shafts are used in 58mm encoders.
However, you need a 4mm, 5mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9,52mm, 12mm, 12.7mm, 14mm or 15mm shaft?
Your application needs a shaft without flat area or because of form fit a flattened shaft end?
Ask for, several variants are available with an own order key.
If the 58 flange option doesn`t fit, because you used bigger models before, Hengstler offers various flange adapters, which make replacements of older models a snap.
