The Sales Team at Hengstler is looking to strenghten the team with an experienced and innovative
Sales Engineer – APAC Region
Location: Home Office and Office of our sister company in Singapore

Key tasks & Responsibilities:

> Achieve sales target
> Formulate sales strategy and develop sales forecast for assigned geography, product line, market segment and list of key accounts
> Deliver technical product presentations to new and existing customers
> Proven ability to quickly understand customer needs and maintain excellent customer relation
> Fetch new funnel
> Coach our distributors in the technical products
> Carry out market study for APAC region to plan MarCom activity
Profile :

> University degree in engineering
> First experience in Sales in the automation industry is essential
> Interest in technical products, good technical understanding
> Good understanding of market and competition
> Passionate about solving customer problems
> Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and 1 regional language
> Ability & desire to analyse problems and reach a solution fast
> Hard-working, high energy, sense of urgency, highest integrity level
> Effective in a fast paced environment
> Willing to travel (40-50%) in region
